Damages 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We are unable to refund any FunghiClear product purchased via another channel (for example, Amazon or a major retailer). Refunds for products purchased via Shopify are assessed on a case by case basis. We endeavor to support our customers and provide a positive brand experience. If a refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
