I have ordered and paid for a product online. How long will it take to receive my order?

FunghiClear does its best to ship orders within 24 hours at the latest. In some cases it can happen that sending an order takes a little longer. In that case, our customer service will contact you. I am not satisfied with the product delivered, how does the return work?

Of course it is always annoying that you are not satisfied with a product. We do our best to help you satisfactorily. Our return procedure is clear and well-arranged. You can find this here.

I am looking for a product, but cannot find it in the webshop. What should I do?

Contact our customer service via support@funghiclear.com, then we can see if we can do something for you.

My payment was not successful, but I would like to order. How can I still pay?

You can always opt for a transfer to our bank account NL08ABNA0824226003, but if you contact our customer service via support@funghiclear.com we can also create a payment link. You can then pay with the desired payment method.

I want to order, but the product is not in stock. What can I do?
