FunghiClear™ does its best to ship orders within 24 hours at the latest. In some cases it can happen that sending an order takes a little longer. In that case, our customer service will contact you. I am not satisfied with the product delivered, how does the return work?

I am looking for a product, but cannot find it in the webshop. What should I do?

My payment was not successful, but I would like to order. How can I still pay?
You can always opt for a transfer to our bank account NL08ABNA0824226003, but if you contact our customer service via support@funghiclear.com we can also create a payment link. You can then pay with the desired payment method.
I want to order, but the product is not in stock. What can I do?
