SHIPPING VIA DPD and UPS

FunghiClear™ collaborates with DPD for Europe and UPS for global shipping. Together, we strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Check the status of your order in your "My Orders" page.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the deliverer will try to offer it to a neighbor.

If the neighbors have taken delivery of the package, the parcel service will deliver a card in your mailbox bearing the house number where the package was delivered.

Tip! Are you rarely at home? Let your order be delivered at work, with family or friends.

DELIVERY TIME & PARTIAL DELIVERIES

We strive to deliver European orders within 5 to 7 working days, Non-European orders within 7 to 14 working days. When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. This way you can see exactly where your parcel is and when it's delivered.

LATE DELIVERY

We do our utmost to deliver orders within the committed delivery time. When a delivery is delayed, we try to notify you as soon as possible. Check the status of your order in your account.

NOT AVAILABLE ARTICLES

We aim to deliver all items ordered. If an article is not available, you will be notified by email. We will make sure that the order amount will be refunded to your account within two to three days working days.
