Returns will be accepted for a period of thirty days after your purchase. We apply the following procedure for returns:
- Please send an e-mail to email@example.com stating the reason for your return. We will create a return form.
- We will reply to your e-mail with the return form.
- Once you have received the return form, please return the articles to us by dropping off at a DPD distribution point (please take care of suitable packaging).
We do not charge you for a return, nor will DPD charge you for dropping of your returns. At the DPD distribution point you will receive a ‘receipt of delivery’. This document is regarded as proof you have returned articles to FunghiClear™.

We apply the following conditions to returns of an online order:
- A return must be shipped for return within a period of 30 days after the order date.
- You may exercise your rights to cancel the order within 30 days after your order. Please send us an explanation why you wish to cancel your order.
- The articles you would like to return is in good shape, not used, worn or damaged. It is allowed to fit the articles.
- In case there is proof of the article being used, worn or damaged, you (the client) will be accountable for the loss of value.
- The original tags and labels must be attached to the article (in case this is reasonably possible).
We will refund the amount of the returned articles within ten working days after we have processed your return. In case you have selected Klarna as a payment method, we will deduct the amount of the returned articles from your invoice.
FunghiClear™ has the right to postpone payment of your refund until we have received the articles or you have proven that the articles were returned to us properly.
Attention: we will not refund shipping costs you have paid to return the goods to us.
Did you receive a wrong or damaged article? We kindly ask you to give us notice of such an event within two months after the date of your order. Do you have another complaint? Please give us notice as soon as possible.
